Consulting Agreement

We ask every church or organization to sign a contract to bring clarity to the working relationship we are starting. We have found it easier to define the relationship at the start than midstream.

ORV Local Church Reimbursement

When CMC signs a consulting agreement with a local ORV District church, the ORV District of the UMC agrees, with approval of the District Superintendent and as long as there are agreed upon available funds for that current time period, to pay 25% of the total fee reducing the local church’s fee to 75% of the total agreed upon fee. The church will pay 100% of the invoice from CMC and in addition, the church and CMC will sign a Payment Agreement Form (see sample below). This form will list the amount that the ORV District will reimburse the church upon completion of the required ORV paperwork. All work between CMC and ORV District churches will be discussed with the DS prior to work beginning.
