Assessment Process

Step One - In Person Interviews

  • The first step in the Colocate Assessment Process is an in person and on site interview with the top two or three leaders/staff members of the specific ministry area or the organization's department. Examples: Youth Pastor and Lead Pastor OR Department Head and Organization's Top Level Leader

Step Two - Written Responses

  • The second step in the Colocate Assessment Process is identifying the next set of three to five leaders who fill out a short answer written survey. Examples: Youth Workers, Children Ministry Leaders, and Staff Members of a Department.

Step Three - Online or Paper Surveys

  • The third step in the Colocate Assessment Process is getting as many people as possible to complete the online or paper surveys who are directly effected be this particular ministry area or organization's efforts. Examples: Youth, Children, Parents, and Customers.

Step Four - The Written Report

  • The Final step in the Colocate Assessment Process involves the Colocate Ministry Consulting team members preparing (and possibly presenting) a report that explains the findings of the Colocate Assessment Process along with next steps that could help the ministry area or organization grow in depth and size.
